Join us on Sunday, April 21, 2013, for a day of spectacular point-to-pointing at Whittington. You can watch from the grassy hill as the horses and riders take the fences by the banks of the River Lune, close to the lovely market town of Kirkby Lonsdale on the Cumbria - Lancashire border. You can picnic close to your car with a grand view of Ingleborough, the finest peak in the Pennines. There will be on-course betting and all the fun of the fair.
This year there will be a new prize awarded to the trainer with the highest number of aggregate points for both Whittington meetings.
The organisers are working hard to ensure the day will be a success!
The first race is at 14:00. (Pony racing starts at 13:00)
See you then!
